1.1 "Platform" means the system operated by Bohus Global Ltd (No. 17126389), a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at 14/2e Docklands Business Centre, 10-16 Tiller Road, London, England, E14 8PX, trading as Bohuš Global™, including all software, interfaces, APIs, and processing pipelines.
1.2 "User" / "you" means any individual or entity accessing the Platform.
1.3 "Outputs" means any generated content, analysis, or structured data.
1.4 "Services" means all services provided via the Platform.
1.5 "Subscription" means any paid or licensed access.
2.1 These Terms govern all use of the Platform.
2.2 Where the User enters into a separate written agreement with Bohus Global Ltd (including an Enterprise Services Agreement), that agreement shall prevail in the event of conflict.
3.1 Bohus Global Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform.
3.2 This licence is conditional upon compliance with these Terms.
3.3 No ownership rights are transferred.
4.1 Access may require a Subscription or one-off purchase.
4.3 Cancellation. You may cancel a Subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4.4 14-day returns. You may cancel any purchase within 14 days of buying it. We refund any unused balance — for a Subscription this means refunding the purchase if you have not generated any dossier under it; for a one-off purchase this means refunding the credit if you have not generated the dossier under it.
4.4.1 Express consent to immediate supply (Regulation 37, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Each time you generate or export a dossier, you are asked to confirm that you request immediate supply of that digital content and acknowledge that the right to cancel under regulation 37 is lost in respect of the delivered output once supply has begun. By proceeding past that confirmation, you give that express consent and acknowledgement. A dossier you have generated counts as delivered digital content and is non-refundable; the rest of your purchase remains refundable in line with clause 4.4.
4.5 Refund mechanics. Where a refund is issued for a one-off purchase, the corresponding bundle credit will be reversed; if the credit has already been spent, no further generation is possible against that purchase. Subscription refunds beyond the 14-day window are issued at our discretion.
4.6 Workspace access. Workspace access may allow users to create, upload, organise, and preview materials, but does not include dossier export unless a trial or paid dossier credit is available. Trial outputs may be watermarked. Paid dossier exports under the current dossier plans are not watermarked. All outputs require user review before filing, service, submission, circulation, or professional reliance.
4.7 Access may be suspended for non-payment, breach, or system risk.
5.1 Bohus Global Ltd owns all rights in the Platform, including:
5.2 You retain ownership of materials you upload and of the substantive content of any Output generated from them, subject to our continuing rights in the Platform and its underlying systems described in clause 5.1. We claim no ownership of your underlying facts, evidence, pleadings, or case content.
5.3 You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your uploaded materials and to generate Outputs solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
6.1 API access (if provided) is authorised, monitored, and revocable.
7.1 The Platform may process data, documents, prompts, instructions, metadata, uploaded files, generated outputs, workspace content, and related usage information in order to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
7.2 The Platform operates as a structured processing system. Processing is deterministic, rules-based, or automated where possible, including upload, storage, ordering, pagination, indexing, bundle generation, metadata handling, case-intelligence structuring, output preparation, account controls, billing status, retention, deletion, and export functions.
7.3 User documents and materials are processed by the Platform's contracted storage, database, infrastructure, and document-processing systems for the purpose of providing the requested Services, including dossier, bundle, indexing, metadata, case-intelligence, and output functionality.
7.4 The Platform processes documents deterministically, rules-based, or automatically where possible. Where required to provide the requested Services, document text, metadata, excerpts, or user-provided instructions may be processed using AI-assisted interpretation, extraction, classification, suggested placement, relationship mapping, consistency review, summarisation, drafting, output generation, ambiguity resolution, or similar intelligence processing.
7.5 Where AI-provider processing is required for the requested Services, selected text excerpts, metadata, or user-provided instructions may be transmitted to one or more third-party AI processing providers only to the extent required to provide that functionality, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
7.6 The Platform may process legal, commercial, governance, institutional, operational, financial, correspondence, evidential, or other user-submitted materials where such materials are uploaded or supplied by the User.
7.7 Data may be stored and processed using infrastructure provided by third-party service providers, including Cloudflare (object storage and authentication gateway), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and other infrastructure, hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, security, monitoring, or operational providers. The underlying cloud platforms used by such providers are governed by those providers' own data processing terms; the Company does not contract directly with those underlying platforms.
7.8 Such providers may act as processors, sub-processors, or service providers on behalf of Bohus Global Ltd, subject to appropriate contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards.
7.9 Data may be processed across jurisdictions where necessary for the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate safeguards where required by law.
7.10 Further information about personal data, retention, security, subprocessors, AI-assisted processing, deterministic processing, and user rights is set out in the Privacy Policy.
7.11 Learning Control. (a) Account-level Learning Control. The Platform may record User-confirmed document placement decisions, including the final section to which a document is assigned within a generated dossier, together with a limited set of associated metadata. This is used to improve the ordering, routing, and section placement of documents within the User's own account. Recorded metadata is limited to file name, document title, document subtype, detected intent, dossier type, jurisdiction, original suggested section, final section assignment, and related placement-confirmation metadata. 7.12 Service Improvement Using Case Data. (a) Internal use. The Company may use case data, including documents, derived metadata, generated outputs, engineering telemetry, and aggregated signals, to operate, maintain, secure, debug, recover, calibrate, classify, and improve the Platform's accuracy, reliability, retrieval quality, and overall performance. (b) Confidentiality and access controls. Service-improvement use is performed by the Company and its contracted processors under appropriate confidentiality, access-control, security, and data-protection safeguards. It does not expose one User's documents or case materials to another User, and does not permit other Users to view, retrieve, identify, or reconstruct another User's files, case materials, or account activity. 8.1 Each party shall keep confidential any non-public information.
8.2 The Platform's structure, methodologies, and logic are confidential and proprietary.
9.1 You are responsible for all data, documents, prompts, instructions, files, records, and other materials submitted, uploaded, connected, generated, or used through the Platform.
9.2 You warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, authority, consent, confidentiality clearance, professional authority, or lawful basis to submit, upload, process, analyse, structure, generate, download, export, and use such materials through the Platform.
9.3 Submitted materials may contain personal data, confidential information, privileged or potentially privileged material, legal records, commercial records, institutional records, governance materials, correspondence, signatures, financial information, evidential material, or other sensitive content. You must not submit materials unless you are authorised to do so.
9.4 You are responsible for determining whether any document or material is subject to legal privilege, confidentiality obligations, court rules, regulatory restrictions, professional duties, data protection obligations, contractual restrictions, or third-party rights before uploading or processing it through the Platform.
9.4.1 You must not upload material containing third-party personal data, confidential information, privileged material, or court-restricted material unless you have a lawful basis and authority to do so. Where you act for or on behalf of another person or organisation, you warrant that you have their authority to upload and process the relevant material through the Platform.
9.5 Bohus Global Ltd does not verify the accuracy, legality, completeness, privilege status, confidentiality status, disclosure status, admissibility, evidential suitability, filing suitability, or regulatory suitability of submitted materials.
9.6 The Platform may process submitted materials to provide the selected Services, including document handling, extraction, classification, structuring, indexing, relationship mapping, consistency review, formatting, pagination, bundle generation, output generation, and related system functions.
9.7 Where the Platform assembles, paginates, indexes, labels, formats, analyses, or structures documents, it does not thereby verify, endorse, certify, approve, validate, or alter the substantive content, legal effect, evidential status, or procedural suitability of the underlying documents.
9.8 You remain responsible for reviewing all documents, data, settings, classifications, labels, generated bundles, generated outputs, exports, and other materials before filing, serving, submitting, sending, publishing, relying on, or otherwise using them.
10.1 Outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-exhaustive, or unsuitable for a particular legal, commercial, regulatory, procedural, institutional, or operational purpose.
10.2 Outputs are provided for informational and workflow-support purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, professional advice, court filing advice, regulatory advice, or a substitute for independent professional judgment.
10.3 You must independently verify all Outputs, classifications, labels, extracted information, generated bundles, structured records, relationship maps, consistency reviews, and other Platform-generated materials before reliance or use.
10.4 The Platform may assist with structure, speed, consistency, and traceability, but final responsibility for judgment, review, filing, service, disclosure, submission, communication, and reliance remains with the User.
11.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
11.2 No guarantee is given as to uptime or performance.
11.3 Maintenance may occur without notice.
12.1 Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
